     I grew up in Ohio and moved to Georgia six years ago. I am married and have an 18 month-old son.  I enjoy spending time with my family, playing and watching sports, and traveling. 

       This is my 7th year teaching.                         
         



                                  READING
         

      This year we will be reading a variety of texts and learning how to apply reading skills and strategies for increased comprehension and enjoyment.                     

                              LANGUAGE ARTS      

       Students will  continue to develop an appreciation or written and spoken language and and will use the stages of the writing process to write clear, coherent compositions that develop an idea or tell a story.
